Pixercise

For independent cafés

Built for independent cafés

Four to twenty tables, a couple of people on at once, an owner who is usually in the room. That is the café this is designed around.

What building for independents actually changes

Enterprise restaurant software assumes things an independent café does not have: a head office that configures sites, an IT contact, a training week, a procurement cycle, one tablet per employee. Products built on those assumptions arrive needing all of them.

Pixercise assumes the opposite. Devices are shared. Staff turn over. Nobody is going to read a manual. The person setting it up is the same person who will be making coffee twenty minutes later.

Consequences you can actually see

  • No PIN to mark a plate ready. Routine kitchen taps stay instant, because a lock everybody works around protects nothing.
  • Corrections are normal. Cancel, reject, fix a status, close a stale table, take an order at the counter — all supported, all recorded.
  • Limits set so real customers never hit them. A busy table of six ordering three rounds is a good day, not abuse.
  • A setup checklist that reads your café, not a tick box.It is worked out from what actually exists — menu, tables, staff, kitchen device — so it also tells you when something has broken later.
  • One café at a time. Your menu, your prices, your hours. Nothing is shared with another café on the platform, and that separation is enforced in the database rather than remembered by code.

Who this is honestly not for

If you need integrated payments, delivery-platform integration, inventory and stock control, multi-site central menu management, a loyalty scheme or a customer marketing database, Pixercise is not that product and pretending otherwise would waste your time. Several of those are deliberate permanent exclusions rather than missing features.

If you want table ordering that works alongside the till you already have, without changing how you take money, that is exactly what this is.

Getting started

Cafés are set up by us rather than through a self-serve signup, so the menu, tables and printed codes are right before anyone scans anything. It also means there is a person who knows your café when you have a question.

Tell us about your café and we will tell you honestly whether this fits.
